Some weeks, things click into place \u2014 not all at once, but just enough to feel the shape of something beginning. That\u2019s how this week has felt. A few quiet milestones, a few long-simmering ideas moving closer to the surface. Nothing is polished yet, but something is starting to form.<\/p>\n
One of the things I\u2019ve been thinking about is how people still see environmental action as extreme<\/em>. Groups like Just Stop Oil get dismissed as fringe actors, while business-as-usual \u2014 the burning, the extraction, the erasure \u2014 is treated as normal. But the more I sit with it, the clearer it becomes: environmentalism is<\/em> extreme. Not because it\u2019s dangerous, but because we live in dangerous times.
